Welcome to CudlCozy. These terms are the ground rules for using our website and buying our products. We've written them in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us and we'll explain.

1. Overview & acceptance

CudlCozy is owned and operated by CUDL COMPANY LLC, doing business as CudlCozy, located at 2304 Fountain Ln, New Lenox, IL 60451, United States.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or use the site with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Our products are made for children, but our store is built for the grown-ups who shop for them.

2. Products & product information

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Even so, colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

All of our garments and our blanket are made from 95% bamboo viscose and 5% spandex. Please follow the care instructions on each item's care label to keep the fabric at its softest.

Occasionally a pricing or description error slips through. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel any order affected by them. If that happens to your order, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method right away.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout, using the payment methods shown there. Card payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors — we never see or store your full card number on our systems.

4. Promotions & discounts

Our bundle discount is automatic: add 3 or more pieces and take 15% off, or 5 or more pieces and take 25% off, applied automatically at checkout. The best single discount applies — bundle tiers don't stack with each other or with other offers.

  • Welcome offers sent by email are limited to one use per customer.
  • Discounts cannot be combined unless we expressly say otherwise.
  • We may change or end a promotion at any time, but only prospectively — a change never affects an order you've already placed.

5. Orders, acceptance & cancellation

When you place an order, we'll send an order confirmation email. That confirmation is a receipt of your order, not our acceptance of it — we accept your order when we fulfill it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if we suspect payment fraud, if an item is out of stock, or if a pricing error affected the order. If we cancel an order after you've paid, you always receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Need to cancel? Contact us immediately. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, don't worry — the 100-night sleep trial has you covered.

6. Shipping & delivery

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order, no minimums. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days; standard delivery then takes 5–8 business days in transit. Express shipping (1–2 business days in transit) is available at checkout, with the cost calculated at checkout. We ship only within the United States.

7. Returns & the 100-night sleep trial

Every order comes with a 100-night sleep trial, counted from the date of delivery. Washed and worn is fine. Returns ship free with a prepaid label, there are no restocking fees, and size or print exchanges are free within the 100 nights. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. After the 100 nights, all sales are final.

8. Reviews & user content

Product reviews are collected and displayed through Judge.me, an independent third-party review platform.

By submitting a review, photo, or other content, you grant CUDL COMPANY LLC a non-exclusive license to display it on our site and in our marketing. Please keep submissions lawful and kind — no unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content. We may remove content that violates these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and our unique print designs — is the exclusive property of CUDL COMPANY LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or "drop-ship" our products or designs without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited uses

Please don't use the site:

  • for any unlawful purpose;
  • to interfere with or disrupt the site or its security;
  • to scrape or harvest content or data without permission; or
  • to misrepresent an affiliation with CudlCozy.

11. Disclaimers & warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind about the site itself.

Nothing in this section limits the promises we make in our 100-night sleep trial, or any consumer rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is capped at the purchase price of the items you bought. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CUDL COMPANY LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

14. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your information — including your U.S. state privacy rights — is covered in our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

16. Severability & entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and CUDL COMPANY LLC regarding your use of the site and your purchases.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date at the top, and they apply prospectively — an update never changes the terms that applied to an order you already placed.
