At CudlCozy, we want you and your little ones to love every piece you receive. We take great pride in the quality of our fabrics and the craftsmanship of our designs. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

30-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

  • All original tags must still be attached.

  • Items must be free of odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Simple Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No problem! We offer free exchanges (standard shipping) to ensure your little one gets the perfect fit. If the style or size you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the full amount.

Quality Assurance

We personally inspect every item before it ships. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid return label and a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.


To keep our prices fair and our small business sustainable, please note the following:

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or you are performing an exchange, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a "Clearance" event cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Bundles: If returning part of a bundle or "Buy X, Get Y" promotion, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full price of the items kept.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
