Processing Times

• Standard Orders: We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.

• Launch Days & Sales: During high-volume periods, such as new collection launches or holiday sales, please allow 5–7 business days for your order to ship.

• Tracking: Once your order has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We keep it simple: Standard shipping is completely free on every order. No minimums, no surprises.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.

We currently only offer shipping to the US.
