We keep shipping simple: standard shipping is free on every order — no minimums, no thresholds, no codes to remember.

Transit time starts when the carrier picks up your package — add our 1–3 business days of processing for your total delivery time. The delivery window shown at checkout is the most accurate estimate for your specific address.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

During launch weeks or holiday peaks, processing can take up to 5–7 business days. If that ever applies, we post a notice on our site and/or email affected orders directly — you will never be left guessing.

Tracking your order

You will get a tracking email the moment the carrier scans your package. From there you can follow your order anytime using the link in that email.

Order changes & address accuracy

Need to change something after ordering? Contact us immediately — if your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to help.

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot change the address. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

If your package seems stuck or hasn't arrived within its delivery window, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to track it down. If the carrier confirms a package as lost, we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

If your order arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you, exactly as promised in our Refund Policy.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Taxes

Where applicable, sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
